# Agent to Outcome: seven-day practice

Day 1 - Choose one recurring job and record the manual baseline.
Day 2 - Prepare the approved context and complete your workflow canvas.
Day 3 - Run a draft-only example; inspect sources and record defects.
Day 4 - Correct one observed failure and rerun the same acceptance checks.
Day 5 - Try a fresh example, missing information, conflicting facts and a tool failure.
Day 6 - Record preparation, waiting, review, rework, usage and accepted results.
Day 7 - Decide: keep, simplify, revise, connect one tool or stop. Assign an owner and next review date.

## Weekly reflection

The agent did well at: ______
The human judgment that mattered: ______
The most expensive failure: ______
One change to test next: ______
Evidence that the workflow is worth repeating: ______

Cost per accepted result = all run costs and allocated human effort / results that passed the stated checks.
If no result passed, report that fact; do not divide by zero or report a successful unit cost.
