AI Teachers presents / Agent to Outcome

Give your agent a job.
Get useful work done.

Learn to choose, create and guide AI agents around the work that matters to you. Bring one real goal. Build a workflow you can understand, test and improve.

For professionals, founders, freelancers and small teams. Beginner practice needs no coding and no connected work accounts.

A practical place to start

You know your work.
Learn how to direct the help.

You do not need to understand every model or buy every new app. Start with a recurring task, an approved tool and a result you can check.

Use an agent

Ask an existing assistant to research, organize, draft or make something. Learn what it can access and how to review its output.

Create a repeatable agent

Turn a useful brief into saved instructions, a skill or a workflow. Connect only the data and actions the job requires.

Build and manage a system

Add triggers, tool connections, specialist subagents, tests and monitoring when one reliable workflow needs more capability.

Choose your starting point

Learn it by doing something useful.

FREE / ABOUT 45 MINUTES

Your first agent workflow

Turn fictional project notes into a checked action brief. Write the instructions, compare evidence and test what happens when information is missing.

Paid live workshop / Two working labs

Agent to Outcome.
Leave with one tested workflow.

Two 2-hour sessions, practice between them, and a reusable workshop kit. Work on one bounded responsibility from your own job, business or project.

Lab 1 / Choose, brief and build

Make a useful first run.

  • Understand models, agents, harnesses and workflows in plain language.
  • Compare Work, Cowork, persistent agents, coding tools and workflow builders.
  • Map your goal, context, approved data and human decisions.
  • Build a first version with a saved brief or skill.
  • Review the actual output against your success criteria.

You leave with: your workflow map, agent brief, first output and a short practice assignment.

Lab 2 / Connect, test and improve

Make the next run more reliable.

  • Understand plugins, connectors, MCP and retrieval.
  • Test missing data, conflicting instructions and tool failures.
  • Define approval gates, cost limits and stop conditions.
  • Use subagents where independent tasks justify them.
  • Measure accepted outcomes, review time and operating cost.

You leave with: a tested second version, evidence log, operating notes and a seven-day improvement plan.

Bring one task and an approved AI account.

Use sanitized examples you are allowed to share, or the fictional practice pack. We agree on supported tools before the session. A preview or waitlisted product is never required to complete the core exercise.

Public cohort dates and seat pricing will be announced with registration. Software plans, API usage and production integrations are separate. An enquiry does not reserve a seat or take payment.

What you will understand

The parts of an agent

How a model, context, tools, memory, runtime and permissions work together. Why a powerful model alone does not give an agent access or authority.

Your role in the work

Set priorities, provide domain judgment, decide what to trust and approve meaningful commitments. Use agents for bounded execution and make their work inspectable.

The cost of a useful result

Count all agent calls, retries, tools and review effort. Learn when a faster model, shorter context or simpler workflow improves the result.

Questions before you begin

Is this for beginners?

Yes. The tutorial and first lab use a small document task. Coding, API connections and more advanced orchestration are optional extensions.

Do I need Dots, Muse, Duet or Grok Bot?

No. Those are current options we explain. The core practice works in an approved assistant you already have. Product access and capabilities vary by plan, device, region and rollout.

Will my workflow run automatically afterward?

Only if we have chosen a supported trigger, configured the necessary access and tested the controls. A good reusable brief is a useful outcome on its own. Live automation is a separate decision.

Is this a certificate or a promise of income?

The learning outcome is a workflow and evidence you can explain. This program does not confer a vendor certification or promise a job, clients, revenue or a particular time saving.
