Who this is for

Independent marketers, designers, consultants, and small teams who produce briefs, research summaries, and client deliverables. You’re already using AI, but you’re still spending too much effort making the output useful.

The answer isn’t another prompt. It’s the context, the decisions, and the review.

What you get

  • Before. A short intake so we agree on one achievable outcome.
  • During. Ninety minutes working through your task, creating an output, reviewing it, and practicing the process.
  • After. The reviewed draft or example, an editable workflow, a reusable context template, a quality checklist, and one follow-up question within seven days.

What you might bring

  • A campaign brief built from approved notes, with the audience, message, deliverables, and open questions organized.
  • A source-based client summary with a process for separating supported findings from assumptions.
  • An onboarding task: a short sequence outline and one focused message draft.
  • A repeatable workflow: a task you do every week, turned into steps, context, and a review checklist.

What a session is not

It’s a useful, scoped result—not an entire campaign, website, automation system, or production application in 90 minutes. Software subscriptions, production integrations, and larger projects are separate.

Why pay for it

You’re not paying for a secret sentence. You’re paying for focused time, experienced feedback, and a process shaped around work you need to finish.

From messy notes to a useful campaign brief.

An original teaching example: the starting notes, what was missing, the brief, and the review that decides whether it is usable.

Teardown · Welcome email

Teardown: the welcome email that says hello and nothing else.

Why most welcome emails waste their highest-open moment, and a rewrite that gives the reader one useful next step.

Teardown: what happens after someone fills in your form.

The confirmation page is where most lead forms go quiet. Here is how to make the first 60 seconds after “Submit” do some work.

Teardown · One thing I’d change

One thing I’d change: the homepage button that asks too much.

A single, specific change to one page, with the reasoning. This one is about a call to action that asks a stranger for a meeting.

For teams

AI Team Workflow Lab · from $1,500

One manager intake, one shared workflow, up to six participants, a two-hour live lab, a documented process, and a 30-minute follow-up. Training and implementation are scoped separately.

Ask about a team lab

The team lab is a new format and is booked by conversation, not online checkout.

Not ready to book?

Start with the free material. The worked example, the Workflow Starter Sheet, and the first-workflow workshop use the same approach as a session.

Before you book

A few practical questions.

What should I bring?

One small task, a description of a useful result, and material you have permission to use. The free Workflow Planner helps you prepare. Use fictional material when permission is unclear.

Do I need another paid AI subscription?

Do not buy a new tool just for the session before discussing your task. Start with your approved tools. Any required subscriptions are separate from the session price.

Does payment reserve a session time?

No. The current process follows payment with an email to confirm the task and arrange a time. A receipt is not a calendar invitation. Use the separate 15-minute fit call first when scope or availability is uncertain.

Will the whole project be finished?

The session covers one agreed, achievable outcome in 90 minutes. A full website, campaign, integration, or production application needs separate scope.

Is this only for schoolteachers?

No. The initial focus is marketers, designers, consultants, and small teams learning to use AI on professional work. Free learning resources remain available.

What about cancellation or rescheduling?

Review the terms shown during booking and resolve any unanswered cancellation or rescheduling question before paying. This page does not add a new refund promise.
