Make the human contribution visible.

Record the judgments you made: which goal mattered, which source was authoritative, why a claim was rejected, and whether the result was worth the effort. A useful agent relationship improves through explicit feedback tied to real examples.

Do not measure success only by the volume produced. Measure the work accepted, the review burden, the mistakes caught, and what you can now spend your time doing.
